Our current Financial Members for the year 2012-13 are hereby requested to kindly attend AGM 2013.

Time: Registration: 2.30pm

Start: 3pm

Finish: Approx. 5pm

Agenda: Annual reports by the President & the Treasurer for the year 2012-13. General discussions & Reviews.

Note: There will be no General Elections at this AGM. The elections for the new Executive Committee (2014-2016)
shall be held at the next AGM 2014 (after 30 June 2014) in accordance with the latest Constitution-2012.

Refreshments: Tea, Coffee by courtesy of the Association

Parking: Free & plenty at the venue

‘Guest Observers’ but without any voting rights.
